The asbestos specialists
The risk of asbestos depends on the intensity of its concentration in the air when measured over 10 minutes. If this does not exceed 0.6f/cm3, the exposure is low and will not surpass the legal control limit. This reduced threat means you won’t require the oversight of a HSE approved asbestos disposal expert for some tasks, including small clearances and short duration work. Whilst we are fully licenced, S J Walchester Ltd can carry out these minor works for clients across Stoke-on-Trent.

Though a lower risk level, our teams will never work in a way that could jeopardise the health and safety of you or our workforce. The same level of care and due diligence is followed for all unlicensed asbestos removals and supporting tasks. For more information on what is classed as non-licensed work, please visit the HSE site.
